- An easy to use floor levelling compound – just add water in the correct quantity as directed, mixing with a suitable Mixing Paddle and Drill for a minimum of 2 minutes
- Setcrete Latex is self-smoothing and can be applied at thicknesses between 2-10mm
- Drying is dependent upon the absorbency of the sub floor, ambient temperature, and humidity. However, after 2 hours it should be hard enough for you to walk on
- Before applying a floor covering, Setcrete Latex should be left uncovered for 24 hours when applied at 2-5mm thickness. For more than 5mm it should be left for 48 hours
- Setcrete Latex is suitable to use over a wide range of absorbent sub floors which should first be coated with Setcrete Acrylic Primer diluted in a ratio of 1-part primer to 4 parts water
- For non-absorbent sub floors, the surface should first be primed with un-diluted Setcrete Acrylic Primer to promote adhesion
- The working time for use is approximately 15 – 20 minutes at 20°C, depending upon the sub floor absorbency, ambient temperature, and humidity. Do not mix more than one bag at a time
