Protect your buildings from mildew, staining and frost damage caused by interstitial condensation using this vapour barrier from Damplas. It restricts the penetration of moisture into structures and increases the airtightness of buildings. As a result, this improves insulation and makes buildings more comfortable and energy efficient.
This vapour barrier membrane is made of a thick polythene film, so it’s durable and contains no harmful materials. It should be installed along the warm side of a roof, wall or floor based on recommendations set in BS5250:2002 standards for the control of condensation in buildings. The barrier is especially useful in protecting bathroom and kitchen areas, as these spots tend to be highly prone to moisture build-up.
